A Review of Your Medical & Dental History

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history and any concerns you have about your oral health. To help your appointment run smoothly, please fill out our New Patient Form in advance.*

A Complete Oral Exam

We will perform a complete oral exam, including x-rays, in order to assess the overall health of your smile.

A Plan of Action

At the end of your first visit, we will propose a full treatment plan for you and get you started on the right path to a healthy smile. 

Insurance Claims

We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.

Communication & Education

We encourage you to freely communicate your needs and concerns with us.

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards. We also offer financing to help you achieve your dental goals.
